Working Interview for YOUR FUTURE

A temporary assignment should be thought of as a “working interview”.  No matter the length of the assignment, anything is possible.  Here at Precision Staffing, we take pride in matching the best qualified candidate with the best fitting position, company and culture.  That means that we won’t just place you in a job that we know is not going to be a great fit for you.  Usually our assignments start out as a 3 month assignment, but that 90 days is really up to you to show the client that you are reliable, dependable, trustworthy, capable, and above all worthy.  We have the pleasure of saying that many of our temporary candidates, now have a full time direct position with the client we placed them with.  Yes, for us at Precision it is a loss but in the end we all feel it is a WIN!!!  We really do pride ourselves on the work we do.  Its a commitment between us, our client and our candidate to make it all work out for the best.

So when you come to our office for an interview with one of our Account Managers, be ready to explain exactly what it is you are looking for, hours, salary, description of the job, etc.  We will do our best to find you a great fit all around but YOU have to make sure to follow through.  It is your goal and we can assist you to get there but YOU HAVE TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE BY YOURSELF.
