The need to provide businesses with qualified employees led to the formation of our three companies:
Precision Professional, LLC recruits and staffs across all corporate functions, such as accounting and finance, marketing, HR, procurement, shared services, CX, administrative, and more.
Precision MFG, LLC staffs for manufacturers. Our manufacturing recruiters have pipelines established for skilled trades, maintenance techs, machine operators, forklift, assembly, distribution, and more. Whether you need temps, temp-to-hire staffing, direct hire, on-site support, MSP, or RPO; we have a solution to staff your operations efficiently and effectively.
Precision Health, LLC is our newest division. The origin of Precision Health is through the request of a healthcare system that needed clinical support for its hospitals. Recruiting travel and local nurses alike was a challenge, but our commitment to our client made the decision easy. We now offer both travel and local assignments to a wide a range of clinical roles.
