In an article titled, “The Rise of the Temporary Worker,” by Robin Roenker on The Lane Report, they list the flexibilities that are available to companies when using temporary employees. He makes note of the fact that since the recession, the ‘staffing and recruiting industry has created more jobs than any other single in industry in America’. As stated in the title this is astounding presented in the fact that these temp jobs have made up over 90% of job growth in nonfarm job growth between 2009 and 2011. Predictions for the staffing industry hit on their growth ability, estimating 6 percent this year and 7 percent in 2015.
